Consultancy # 1: Fellowship Coordinator (1 NOS)
Program: Media Development and Media and Information Literacy (Media Dev and MIL)
Contract: Consultancy Contract (3 months). Full-time (40 hours a week). Unextendable contract.
Remuneration: 100,000 PKR / Month (Taxes apply)

About the Position
We are looking for a candidate with a reasonable journalistic experience to be focal point for a fellowship program that MMFD aims to primarily with the digital media outlets. The focal point of this fellowship program will be required to ensure constant communication between, ensure timely delivery of the milestones, assist in the program activities, and other related functions.
The position requires a person with excellent written and verbal communication skills, an excellent understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of digital journalism, and a reasonable experience of mobilisation and coordination.
Skills & Requirements
- At least 05 years of experience as a full-time or freelance journalist
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability for (project) report writing
- Political awareness, especially in matters of gender and marginliasation
- Good coordination and mobilisation skills
- Good understanding of the challenges and opportunities in digital journalism
Job Responsibilities
- Coordination among the participants of MMFD’ fellowship programs
- Ensuring proactive and constant communication with the participants and experts
- Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of milestones by participants and experts
- Assisting in related program activities, mobilisation and other related tasks

- Conduct an assessment to measure the scale of implementation of said strategy.
